With so many elite athletes saying that meditation is the key to performing at their highest level, it would be easy to conclude that you HAVE to do it in order to be your best. 

The problem is, most people can’t

So, what to do? Does that mean they will never reach their full potential? 

The short answer is no, they absolutely can.
