I may not look like it, but food is my biggest challenge. I’m in a constant battle with my appetite that hurts my Inner Game and keeps me from being the person I want to be. And it’s been going on for years.
Finally, though, I have hope, thanks to Susan Peirce Thompson. She's helped me understand why it’s so hard (I’m high on the “Susceptibility Scale”), and most important, how to take control of it.
